肉汤(基辅食谱)

成份:

  • 200克鸡肉
  • 200克小牛肉
  • 50克火腿
  • 150克牛肉
  • 100克新鲜面包
  • 半杯酸奶油
  • 两个蛋黄
  • 1胡萝卜
  • 1/2根芹菜
  • 2个多香豌豆
  • 奶油(油炸用)
  • 欧芹,调味

烹饪

把鸡肉放在锅里。把冷水倒在上面,把肉煮开。然后把鸡肉放到盘子里剁碎。过滤肉汤。切生小牛肉、牛肉和火腿。加入煮好的鸡肉。加入洗净切碎的胡萝卜、欧芹和芹菜。彻底搅拌。把食材切成两瓣。在煎锅中预热牛奶黄油,煮15分钟。 Add the bun soaked in the meat broth beforehand. Stir to combine.
